The vacation apartment was completely renovated and refurbished until July 2021. In Summo Monte is a bright, lavishly furnished, modern and cozy apartment for higher demands - yet at a reasonable price. Animals are not allowed. The apartment is also a non-smoking apartment. You smoke? No problem, for smokers/guests there is a seating area in the outdoor area available. After each guest, the apartment is meticulously cleaned and then double checked to ensure that it meets our very high standards of hygiene.
The apartment / accommodation is centrally located in Quelkhorn, two km from the artists' village Fischerhude. In about twenty minutes by car you are in the artists' village Worpswede. About eight minutes walk separate you from the forest or moor. A shopping possibility is in two minutes walking distance. A bus stop can be reached in one minute. The many farm roads around the vacation home invite you to go cycling and walking. The Wümme which is about two km away as the crow flies, also invites you to go hiking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, etc.
Numerous cultural attractions are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, such as the Otto Modersohn Museum - about four km away, or the Kunstverein Fischerhude in Buthmanns Hof e.V. - about three km away. The apartment has a bathroom with a large shower. Also, two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds in separate and closed rooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a living/dining room with additional accommodation. The apartment is located on the second floor of a family house, which is accessible via a wide staircase - we live on the first floor. In the kitchen there is a Bluetooth ceiling light with speaker, which can be controlled by a remote control. In the apartment there are two stand fans, which you can use mobile. Free very fast and stable WLAN/Internet -up to 500 MBit/s (download and upload) possible, depending on the device, is made possible thanks to a fiber optic connection in the house. A home office out of the apartment for the highest demands on speed, is thus possible. A free signposted parking lot is located in the middle of the yard, several other parking spaces in front of the house on the green area - you can choose yourself where you want to park. However, for extremely large vehicles we ask you to use the green area. The new windows in the apartment offer triple glazing, for a quiet stay. For more details, please see our house rules.

Payment and cancellation conditions:
When booking you pay individually 50% of the total price, or the total price completely - as you wish.
In case of a deposit, please bring the remaining amount in cash on the day of your arrival.
If the period of stay is already within 14 days from booking, the total price must be paid immediately.
Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period, cancellation is free of charge and you will receive a full refund of the amount already paid.
Within 14 days before the start of the rental period you will be refunded the final cleaning.
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract within 14 days before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant, who will be included in the contract, you will receive a full refund.
who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata rents (excluding the final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation under deduction of expenses
are to be paid: Total amount (excluding final cleaning).
(2) If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, through no fault of the landlord, he remains obliged to pay the full rent.
(3) If the landlord cancels the stay of the tenant because of gross violation of the house rules, the tenant remains obligated to pay the full rental price, a refund is excluded.
(4) Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. Decisive is the day of receipt of the
declaration with the landlord.
Tip: If you are worried about booking, you can always take out a travel cancellation insurance of your choice for a few euros. This way you would always be on the safe side.
